    I got this app when I was at a very low point and it helped me a good deal. The app is awesome. The only thing I’d like is if instead of having the goals be made for you, you’re able to just write freely when you’ve accomplished a goal or what you plan to accomplish. I find myself writing my accomplished goals in the gratitude section.

    If you deal with suicidal ideations, don't use the app’s peer chat because they will flag then delete your comment and email you telling you to call a suicide hotline . “Pacifica is not a place to receive advice for handling situations like this. If you are having thoughts of suicide, it is important that you discuss them with someone who is qualified to help”. So whats the point of peer support chat rooms? Plus majority of the app’s features are locked unless you pay for a premium account.

    Honestly, I wasn’t expecting this app to be this great because it’s basically free. You can upgrade but it’s so great without the upgrade too! I’ve NEVER typed a review for an app before but Pacifica deserves it. Great job guys. I struggle a lot mentally and this helps me to feel good about completely even the littlest of goals but they feel big to me (brushing teeth, showering, eating, sitting outside, hobbies etc..). I highly suggest downloading this ((: And the daily quotes are great too.

    I’ve only had the app for a few months, but it had definitely been one of the most helpful apps I’ve ever downloaded. From the hope board to the guided meditation sessions to the journal entries Pacifica houses everything you need to improve your mental state and become more in-tune with yourself. I must say having a community of people who can actually relate to you makes all the difference, a lot of my friends and family equate having anxiety and depression to being nervous & sad, when it’s so much more than that. But after seeing my improvements, I purchased a subscription, and it’s definitely worth it. If you’re struggling with something & contemplating the usefulness of this app please try it.

    I have had a very rough life and struggle everyday to maintain. With both physical and mental illnesses, I have it rough, and I have been struggling to find my way. I needed something with me to remind me that I was ok. This app is amazing. Everyday I feel stronger. Every person I have come in contact with it so sweet and kind.     This app is great! I always feel better after logging in and using Pacifica, although I wish there wasn’t a premium and meditations were available to everyone for free. Great app still though!

    Redownloaded this after a couple years of not using it due to constantly being signed out. They fixed the bug, but they also started charging money for things that I didn’t have to pay for before. I was exited about using the heart-meter thing but I can only set 3 meters now, unless I wanna pay 200 dollars. The constant notifs about suggesting something I have to pay for to do is annoying. At my most cynical, I’d say they’re kinda taking advantage of depressed people who already like to splurge. Had I not been broke, I would have probably fallen for it. But on the bright side, it is an amazing app that is very useful for tracking your moods and documenting your emotions, and if you don’t feel like writing a journal entery, you can just tap a few key words to describe your emotions. My days of showing up to my doctor and having no idea how I’ve been feeling are over, cause now I can just refer to this app to share how I’ve been doing.

    This app was there when I wasn’t yet diagnosed with panic attacks. I was so worried I was dying And the doctors couldn’t yet tell me what exactly was going on. I learned to do cognitive behavioral therapy through the app. The app is like having a CBT counselor on your phone available 24 seven. The meditations are amazing and they bring me to a sense of calm. Identifying mine traps and working through those has been an amazing tool that I use every day. Positive visualization has helped tremendously. When I’m at work or at home I can always rely on the app to help me through my panic attacks. I huge thank you to all those who are involved in creating Pacifica and making sure it runs smoothly. The updates have been awesome to watch as well.
