    I am partially homebound with autoimmune pain disorders, and Pacifica keeps me grounded and in my best frame of mind. Depression is a symptom and a result of all three of my illnesses, but I have hope in my pocket.

    I used to let my anxiety and depression control my life but after using this app for a while, it honestly helped me and set me on the path to mental wellness. Anyone who suffers with anxiety, depression, etc... I would highly recommend this, I didn’t believe it could help, but it really did. It will obviously take a while, but the results are worth it.

    *THIS IS FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ALWAYS FEEL LIKE BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO YOU* So, I had a huge awakening about a week ago. I met a stranger.. this stranger told me “thoughts are energy”... “everything is energy”. Therefore, positive thoughts= positive outcome negative thoughts=negative outcome. At first I was like “this dude is crazy”. -Then I thought about it: 🤭😱🤯 Wait... this makes sense !! The reason bad things come my way is simply because I’m spending 90% of my life on autopilot, thinking “okay I gotta prepare for this because nothing good ever happens to me.” Instead of thinking “okay I’m gonna do this (positive thing) because I want this (positive thing) to happen.” Remember, energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Positive thoughts=positive energy=positive outcome! Try it! If you struggle to keep thoughts clean and positive, like myself, try the Pacifica app! It’s free and when I actually use it like I’m supposed to, I feel amazing ❤️
