  • Not free

    By ecwcparent
Just to get started, they require your email address. Then it notifies you that your iTunes account will be AUTOMATICALLY charged after the seven day trial was over. “ cancel anytime”. Upon looking around, it says you can log in after payment is received, to cancel. That seems like they get paid either way. Just lock the app after 7 days. Don’t bill my account if a parent has a million things to do, instead of timer to decide if you like an app. Don’t market it as a free app. Deleted.
  • Why is this not free?

I love this app because you get to go to levels.and at the end when you get the star at the very last one then you get to create you’re very own app I think. and that is why I love this app I forgot what what it’s called.

  • I am a kid. I can’t pay for the app!!!

    By all4mig
First of all don’t send me something to email you like your email and stuff cause I can’t email or go on a lot of sights. They are blocked cause I am only ten. What I want to say is that if you don’t remove the having to pay per month thing I am going to delete the app. Can you make it so kids can sign up with like a made up user name and password. My parents won’t let me pay for a app that when I got it was free and you did not have to be a member to play!!! Fix this and I will be happy. -unhappy customer
  • Can’t cancel

    By FingExhausted
I’m trying to cancel my subscription since my son no longer uses the app, but it keeps saying my password is invalid. Click “forgot password,” link is emailed to me, reset the password, go to login with new password and am still told my password is incorrect. So what now? I get charged indefinitely for an app my kid doesn’t use, or I contact my credit card and report the next charge as fraudulent?

  • My favorite coding app for k-3

    By Beckymmcdowell
I use this app with my k-2 students and often have my third graders requesting it as well. The on-screen prompting without the need for reading allows my young learners to succeed with coding even before they can read. I love the new storytelling feature too! My favorite mini-game is the crocodile catch one with the greater than and less than equations. Just awesome!
  • Can’t Cancel

I signed up for a “free trial” which i then canceled as my daughter did not enjoy the game enough for the $7.99 monthly fee. I canceled through Apple and i sent codeSpark an email almost a year ago and have recently discovered that even though they acknowledged my cancellation request my account was never canceled and they’ve since charge me 11 monthly payments on account that shows expired in my records. Disgusting!! I’ve sent a couple of emails to support and have had no feedback!! Run for your life and don’t sign up for anything with this rip off of an app!!!
