Description

Over 45 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behaviour. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use, and that will never change for our main features. However, if you’re looking to get the most from Bumble, you can subscribe to our optional subscription product Bumble Boost. We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. Constantly would ask to reverify my photo and when it says that it would not post the selected photo to your profile it would do so anyway. While it was reverifying it would take extended periods of time where I would have to close the app and launch it again and then it would ask to reverify again! Very annoying and unproductive.

I hate this site. I haven’t received any luck on this site as much as others have been raving about. I had a few reach out, but everything time there is a response the conversation there is always a deletion. On top of that being appalled by the app. There are no clear instructions on how to delete the subscription and now it’s taking money out of my account. This is truly poor service. Even though deleting the app was annoying unable to cancel the subscription is even more frustrating!!! Very bad form indeed!
  • Updated Policy Is Ridiculous

Bumble deleted my account because one if my pictures violated their updated policy. I understand that some people don’t hunt, and that’s fine. Swipe the other way. But a lot of people do and showing them that “this is what I enjoy doing and I’m proud of this kill” is a freedom anyone should have. But being half naked in your bathroom mirror taking selfies of your cottage cheese butt is okay.
  • It’s great.

The app in its totality is great, awesome and everyone is so nice and I’m so glad I joined! But recently something happened that I’m confused about. I matched with a guy, I wrote to him and so did he and not even ten seconds after I was gonna write the match said it expired and we had just matched, I’m not sure if that’s what happens but we had recently matched and then it went away.
  • No response.

  • Bias towards straight men & non FB users.

Bumble is bias towards straight men and non-Facebook users by allowing certain users more access and freedom based on gender & sexuality. Women & gays are allowed more access and controls and are hold in higher regard towards straight men. Bumble’s only answer to this is that men in the past have sent rude & unwanted messages and by that logic, all men should be treated as if they had sent rude messages. Regardless of Bumble “Extend” feature. Bumble is penalizing straight men right off the bat with that. Society would not allow an app to be created if it put women and gay people in a box and say you can’t do certain things but this other class of people can. So why should it be any different for straight men? All marketing & promotions are geared to women only. On Bumble’s IG “Overheard Bumble”, men are ridiculed & made fun of and on “Bumble Buzz” men are ignored. You can only use Bumble if you have a FB account. FB has lost the confidence of the public in more than one occasion. No one wants to use a a social media app/platform if that company is appearing before Congress. I understand that it’s a safety concern but FB had not been safe in years. By requiring your users to have a FB account is alienating non-Facebook users. At the end of the day, you will be treated differently if you are a straight man and you use this app. Woman however can do no wrong through Bumble’s eyes. Bumble is unwelcoming to straight men & those potential new users. Bumble beware!
  • Iniciar conversa

Acho que curtir uma pessoa já eh muito. Acho valido permitir que o homem inicie uma conversa e a mulher decida se ira continuar ou não. Muitas conexões se perdem.

It’s a good concept. But the coins are overpriced and there’s no way to promote your profile. On other apps they have a “Boost” which you pay like $2 for and it boosts you for a certain amount of time and more people see you which leads to more matches. It’s not fun only getting one like per month, compared to 20-30 likes a month on other apps.
