Over 21 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behavior. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble: On Bumble, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL "Bumble exists to empower women..." (Fast Company) "Bumble is just an app: but it's changing the discussion." (Wired) "Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:" (UK Sunday Times) "Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app" (Texas Standard) "What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. • Horrible App and Concept

    By Omotunde92
I realize this app is just as sleazy as Tinder, just a Sadie Hawkins and fake female empowerment version. You will not find a quality guy if you have to go out of your to make the first move. It rarely ends well. These are men who are too lazy to the work and so expect women to frequently, put in the effort, which most self-respecting women do not have time for. Also, the men, no matter how crafted you make your first responses, rarely respond and if they do, it is always with ulterior motives. Now this app is mostly for when I’m bored trying to pass time or sitting on the toilet. Don’t have high expectations because Bumble will thoroughly disappoint you if you do. I have met quality men outside of these apps. Bumble does not set itself apart from the rest don’t let the hype fool you!
  • Keep it up!

The women first feature is pretty awesome. And whatever you’re doing to match people, keep it up! I’ve had so many dates with decent, responsible guys from this app. (And several of these have led to at least a second date!) But almost every guy I’ve met from this app seems to agree: The people on Bumble strangely seem to be overall good people as compared with those on other app. Maybe it’s coincidence, but this app’s a good one. Thanks.
  • What do your updates actually do?

    By SirScruffy
There's constant updates with generic explanations yet there are bugs that have gone unfixed for a very long time, like timestamps.
  • New Update is Anti-Safety

    By  Matt0509
For people who are worried about meeting someone who collects firearms, this is an issue. App now forbids either pictures of or mention of firearms in profiles. Now you no longer can know if someone is an avid gun collector before you swipe their profile. For those who enjoy the hobby, you now can no longer swipe to meet like minded people. Many live in states where this is a big hobby — much more so than liberal CA where this decision was likely made. This updated policy alienated both sides while accomplishing nothing. Summary: worse for people who want to avoid guns and worse for people who want to meet people into a shared hobby.

It tells you to "verify" your account by taking a picture in some pose, I've tried this 5 different times over the last month or so and it has never worked. I sent something to their support chat and got nothing back, just use the tinder account you already have it's the same people
  • I don’t have facebook

    By n-tron
I don’t have facebook and think it’s ridiculous you need an fb account to use this app. Facebook helped spread propaganda and hate groups in the last election; and changed the online landscape to allow privacy violations to be normalized. But even if they hadn’t, this app penalizes people who choose not to waste their time on social media. Not having facebook doesn’t make me a me a Luddite or anti-technology. Bumble should allow people to sign up with phone numbers or other verification methods.

Men are mostly judged by their job types here. Women mostly swipe right on the high paying professions, 🤷🏻‍♂️ it’s a shallow world, that’s why Trump’s President. Money buys it all, even though people pretend to be above it and say it’s not the most important thing, but the data doesn’t lie. These kinds of sites just amplify the reality of human motivation and sell people a dream of what life could be.... 🍻Here’s to continuously trying to upgrade!

Reporting people for guns is actually absurd. You’re actually doing a disservice because if somebody is that afraid of guns, I would think it be better if they knew beforehand that their match has weapons?

I went on one date through this app about two years ago. That person is my partner now, so I would say it works. Thank you :)
  • Decent dating app

Bumble, I think it’s time that we go our separate ways. You can show me the five or so stellar profiles at the beginning of the day but we both know those aren’t real. I miss the days when you would give me attractive, interesting women and when I would match with those women. I guess my “rating” got too low for those women. Clearly something changed in our relationship, I hope it wasn’t me. I respect that you’re a career girl and put your profits first but I wish you wouldn’t regularly put me second in your life. We had something great but it just didn’t last. I did find my last girlfriend on bumble so I guess it deserves one extra star for that.
