  • Works well except for disconnect

    By Empty Saturn
As mentioned in the title, the app works really well except for the occasional disconnect with my Apple Watch if a notification comes through. Generally not a huge issue though since I just open up the app again on my watch and it reconnects.
  • Why does it not remember my login!

    Come on
  • Remember my sign in, for the love of god

I have to type an email and password every time I open the app for a workout. I usually open the app while biking. Have you typed in credentials while biking? It's very unpleasant. Get it together, Zwift.
  • Notifications

    By Csburleigh
This app is starting to really annoy me!! Every couple of days i have to reinstall the app so I can get notifications of those that I am watching!! FIX IT!!!
  • Good App with one major bug

    By CuteIjit
I like the layout and the features of Zwift Companion, especially giving Ride-Ons to fellow Zwifters. Unfortunately, the app freezes when refreshing. Three times in the last week and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Poor tech support

    By mpf541
I have been trying to get support from them for using a Apple Watch. Going on 3 weeks now. It seems like you request support and it takes several days to get a response and then they ask questions and it takes another few days. Like I said 3 weeks now and my watch still does not work with Zwift. Every other app works fine but Zwift. I am about to suspend my subscription. I thought the cable companies were bad with support but I have found someone worse than Comcast
  • Good app, but a few flaws

The new workout screen is great! It’s still a battery hog, though. I’ve also had some drop out issues that I didn’t have with the previous version.
  • Very good even without smart trainer

    By ridingmore
Wasn’t sure I wanted to invest in a “smart” trainer so I’m using a wahoo speed sensor and a wahoo cadence sensor. Writing this review to say that this works fine and is a good way to get started without spending $600on a smart trainer if you already own a trainer or need to buy a less expensive trainer. I am riding on my trainer a lot more often using this. If you like the software there is no doubt a smart trainer would enhance the experience and which type of smart trainer would depend on your pocketbook and commitment to training. I suspect many people would be happy with this with an inexpensive trainer and an iPad.
  • Great app, would love a few minor tweaks

    By KenInUtah
I really love the app and it is a great companion to my Apple TV Zwift app. It’s like having a hi tech remote. I especially like the new workout screen but have a couple of nit picks with it. I have a controllable trainer so I am concentrating more on cadence than power during the workouts. The cadence font is so small and nested right under the power reading that it is hard to read, especially when really working hard. Perhaps moving it to the top left of the power arc and heart rate to the top right would make it all easier to read. There is some open screen real estate In those places, especially if the power arc is just a tad smaller. Additionally, the app is super power hungry. I went from 85% to 20% in 40 minutes. Not sure how to fix this considering everything it is doing, so I now plug my phone in (which requires a wire that I don’t want around my bike!) Lastly, it loses sync about once per workout and I have to close and reopen the app. Again, I consider these minor but if they can be fixed, I would have no problem upping my rating to 5 stars.
  • Really useful app but some glitches.

    By ukatsone
I have used the app for a week now and I really like it. A lot of times I will use this app to run in place using my Apple Watch. The only problem I have seen is that occasionally the heart rate will not be accurate. I will stop and check my pulse it is fine. Basically what happens is that my heart rate will spike up to twice the actual heart beats. I have tried placing the watch up a little more on my arm when I run and I have also tightened it as much as I can stand and still has the same issue. I’ve heard that sometimes people have issues with the monitor working correctly but I find that the Apple software works better and doesn’t have as many glitches. I really like your app and I use it primarily when the weather is bad outside so it has been very motivational. Thanks!
