Description

Touch Fin RPN is an RPN financial and scientific calculator that implements most features of the industry-standard HP-12C, including programming functions. It also implements a scientific RPN flavor that implements most functions of the beloved 11C. And even more flavors (10C-like, 16C-like) can be purchased within the app.

Solve e^2x - 3e^x + 2 = 0 Input range of .1 to .8 gives the correct result same as a real 15C Input range of 0 to 1 and the real 15C says 0 which is a root. This app returns 1 which is incorrect. I now wonder what other bugs are in the solver.
  • Excellent, with one annoyance

Perfect reproduction of HP’s much beloved classic calculator. My only complaint is that haptic feedback on key presses doesn’t work. I was looking forward to that. Apart from that, I can think of nothing to complain about. This is My go-to calculator.
  • Good upgrade

It was already a decent app, but the update that added a green highlight as buttons are pushed (particularly when volume is off) fixed its biggest flaw.
  • Superb HP-12C

I feel naked without my HP-12C and RPN. This lets me have it all time. The reviewer who couldn’t enter a negative number probably never used a RPN calculator in real life. This simulation handles it just fine. And using the empty space for ads where the name was on the physical one is brilliant and unobtrusive.

A must have for any finance professional. Works as advertised without any lag. Can't beat the price (free!).
  • Good, but...

I echo the sentiments of others requesting that the option to eliminate clicks and include some visual confirmation of button presses be added. Thanks.
  • Are you all insane?

This calculator is garbage! I can't clear my entries properly, it doesn't have a button for inputting negative numbers, and the enter button doesn't actually enter anything!
  • Works great & it's free!

I've actually paid real money for financial calculator apps and never regretted it because they're totally worth paying for. This app? Free! And, it works! Download it & be happy!

Fantastic. Just as good as the HP 12C-Pro.
  • Slick impersonation

Can't tell the difference. Seems like some of the bugs got worked out. A must have for any financial person.
