    I have 4 cameras and none of them I can watch for an extended period of time without them freezing and no warning is given that I'm no longer connected, I've had these cameras for several months and I have also been using the Alfred App, it seems to be more reliable than the Guardzilla. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has a problem of the screen or whatever it is, and it just freezes. When can y'all work on this problem, I have already bought the cameras and I'm still paying for the subscription to Alfred so it was useless to buy the Gaurdzilla cameras.
  • It is not dependable

    My husband bought me the Guardzilla so I could see and communicate with my teen if caught heading to the fridge. He is dietetic and that hour after school when I wasn’t home or in the middle of the night eating needed monitored. On the second day of owning the guardzilla the Armed option wouldn’t work for a few days. Then my son figured out what each led light stands for. So I found that I could turn the led light feature off. I turned the led light off and that worked for one day and hasn’t worked again for the last 3 weeks. When monitoring through the guardzilla live it freezes up all the time.

    Hangs up a lot...will not record videos properly. Setting are not saved once you back out. Don’t waste your money.

    I was very pleased with the camera! It does the trick. Super easy to set up even if you aren’t tech savvy. Most security cams need IP addresses for set up. Not this you plug it turn it on download the app and it’s done. Best of all it wasn’t expensive and gives us peace of mind!
  • Way too much freezing

    Thankfully we are only using this to monitor our new rescue doggy at home while we’re gone and not for deterring thieves because it freezes A LOT. We are only on Day 1.5 of using it and it has frozen countless times. And I’m on a full WiFi signal. Disappointing. May return and go with Nest or Arlo...

    It’d be nice to access it from a browser window, especially if you’ve paid for an upgraded storage plan.
  • No customer support. Camera won’t work

    The camera worked fine until I switched carriers. Now I can’t get the new WiFi added as there is no wifi option as directions show there should be. Call support to be kicked into a voicemail stating they’ll call back within 24 hours. How am I to know what number they’re calling from? Why is there no support during regular hours? Why can’t I hook up to WiFi & reset my camera? Useless expensive paperweight if you ask me. Don’t waste your time or money.
