And of course, not forgetting export to Dropbox for use in SoundCloud or simply to send via e-mail. Here's a little bit of our history... In 1968, brothers Norman and Barry Sheffield opened a recording studio in London’s Soho and set into motion a very important part of music history. Trident Studios quickly became a place where creatives flourished, and musical legends descended on it to escape the laboratory mentality of places like Abbey Road. The Beatles recorded ‘Hey Jude’, David Bowie cut ‘Ziggy Stardust’ and ‘Hunky Dory’, and Norman invested in a band called Queen who cut their teeth in the studio and set about re-shaping rock music for good. The list is endless. Lou Reed, Elton John, Carly Simon, Peter Gabriel, Joe Cocker, The Rolling Stones, James Taylor, and Dusty Springfield all making iconic recordings that shaped the music we hear today. Trident is our legacy. So when you use our little app for creating, you are joining the ranks of so many greats who did so much for the better. Make a Sound! Share your songs with @trackdmusic and #trackd for the chance to be featured, and were always here at support@trackdmusic.com if you have any queries, needs, or feedback.

I love this app, my collaboration comes from my musical partner and we use this app together for demos of our songs. No more spending wasteful hours at the recording studio and spending more wasteful hours at home instead with trackd studio.
  • Really...

Ray Charles was the first person to ever multi-track yet you choose to highlight (in your description of this app) all these other musicians who did so about 9-10 years later? I literally got this app just to write this review. If there were a negative star I could give, I would.

It's a pretty cool platform for collaboration. Would like to see a little more standard track display, reminds me of the mess that is windows 10.

Multitrack recording at your fingertips. I love this app.. There's nothing worse than slowing down the artistic process waiting on software or gear setup. Trackd makes it easy to start tracking in seconds using the mic on your phone, And it sounds great!! All the more, they've created a gateway to share, collaborate, and listen to other artists in the Trackd universe. Your not just a user, your a part of the Trackd community of artists. Really cool stuff. Kudos

  • "Stars"

This is a great app. I titled my review "Stars" because that's one of my favorite songs I recorded. But if I had to say one thing, it's that we need voice filters. How professionals have "echo" and "radio" and "reverb". I used to have an app that had those but you had to PAY to record. The actual app was free, you just couldn't use the reason without paying 99 cents for one song. That's what made Trackd stand out and all I want of all the greatness are those filters! Thanks! Love the app! -Sara Shannon

Seriously? I don't even get to use your app before you request a review? Ridiculous. UPDATE: Lol. Instead of acknowledging the atrocity of this user design problem, the developer simply responds with "Fake reviewer" and "no pleasing some people." Know how to please people? Let them try the app before kicking them out to give you a review. Impress them with high polish and clever design. Give them a reason to want to use your product. Instead, hostility has been shown in the app and in the customer service.
  • Finally, one that's worth a darn.

I use this app to record demos of my music. Trackd is a great app because it’s easy to learn, understand, and use right after downloading. I highly recommend this app for anyone who’s interested in making music.
  • Tracked's problem

When I had first downloaded this from the App Store i was interested. Because of the fact that collaboration with people was easy. I had it for a while and re-downloaded it around a year or two later and when i came back is when I noticed the problem. Not many people use the app. And it's sad because I think it's great. The features are easy to understand and people seem to like it. But because of the lack of people the collaboration is slowed to a hault. Seeing as options are so limited. I didn't see anyone saying this so... good app - no people.
