  • Limited function in app

    By Christinemich
I love my wear OS watch but the app itself does not allow me to view as many stats as the watch itself and has limited ability to change settings for my watch. I wish the Google Fit portion of the app was better and more full. As is, I can see more on my tiny watch face than in my phone.
  • Watch overheats without charging

    By ICouldveHadAV8
I was gifted the Michael Kors Access Bradshaw smartwatch around August of last year. I’m just now getting around to wanting to use it since i prefer apple products. Unfortunately when i finally decide to use the device , it only overheats. When i charge the watch it literally only heats up doesn’t even light up. The charger worked fine with an Apple Watch but not such luck with the device it belongs to. The watch is beautiful but beauty doesn’t make up for the fact it isn’t working.
  • Does not work with Huawei Watch

Cannot pair at all Huawei Watch with iPhone X. Thought it was the watch, but it pairs perfectly fine with Android phones.
  • Never stays synced to iOS

    By dAiLy gRiNd
App doesn’t stay connected to a iOS phone longer than 5 minutes.
  • Wear is

I don’t like the fact that I have to keep the app open on my apple phone in order for the watch to work. If I close it I don’t get my messages on the phone, but if I keep it open I get them I think google could find a better way for this to work. Plus I only had this watch for week now and I’m still trying to figure it out. Dose anyone else have this issue or I’m I not understanding how this works.
  • Fitness tracking leaves much to be desired

If you want anything more than a pretty watch don’t get one with this app. You can’t scroll to previous workouts or days. It doesn’t integrate with my other apps. It’s basically a pretty watch that constantly disconnects. Not worth the money. Get an Apple Watch.
  • Pure disappointment

    By Txsurveyor1022
I was given a Fossil Smartwatch for my anniversary. Very excited I set it up and download the app. Not having the functionality of the Apple Watch does not bother me. What does is having to have a parent app open at all times on my phone in order for the watch to communicate to the phone rather than just threw the Bluetooth. My battery that would regularly last all day with my Fitbit charger HR lasted for less than my normal workday. I really like my watch but am completely dissatisfied with how I have to use it threw the google app.
  • Horrible

I was so excited to get this MK Runway watch and ended up massively disappointed. The watch only works when it’s near and connected to your phone. The steps taken do not appear on the watch face and only seem to show up inside the app, which defeats the whole purpose of having a tracker on your wrist. I’m taking this piece of crap back to the store. My Fitbit was so much more reliable and easier to use. I hoped that because this watch was more fashionable than the Fitbit that I could get the same function with style, but it didn’t work out. Don’t buy this watch and don’t use this app. Horrible.
  • What a pile of junk

    By lancelinksp
Since the last update or 2 I have to reset my watch every 3 days or so because it loses connection with the iPhone. Same watch has no problem staying connected to my Pixel. Do you not test before releasing an update? How is it that this app never really improves with time? You don't inspire any confidence for gaining or even maintaining users
  • Not working after updates

After recent iOS updates, my watch no longer connects via Bluetooth to the phone. Moro 360 Gen 1
