This app promotes your profile when you first sign up. When you upgrade to premium you’ll learn that you have dozens of likes from Kenya, Thailand and Brazil. Many people also write within their profile that their age or location are fake. Other profiles look like they haven’t been updated in years.

Horrible! This is the only app where I haven't found anyone interesting, no one! I've met a lot of people and other apps. Worse still, I paid to improve my options, but I saw that it really is garbage!

I was logged out of the app sometime between last night and today and cannot get back in. It said to download the new version of the app when I try to log in. I tried deleting it and redownloading, but nothing is helping.

It’s a fantastic app to meet a potential date but for some reason I can’t log in even though I updated the app it says my number or account can’t be found but when I use my email it says 500: Internal Server what’s going on

I don’t wanna log in and out every minor update because you added an emoji or a minor bug fix that’s completely irrelevant to my experience on the app. Deleted and done because this the 3rd time this week I had to re log in randomly each time on my own phone

They charge you for everything even when you pay the membership you’re asked to pay more to send likes to the matches. Really upsetting

Too expensive got bombarded with likes seems like they might be bots just to try to get me to purchase a membership. Would subscribe if there was a cheaper weekly membership to at least try the feature. And the free basic features don’t work properly age and distance kept matching me with the wrong people

This dating app is not as great as it used to be. Years ago, you used to be able to see who viewed and liked you for free. Now you can’t. It’s now a big pay-to-play thing. Also, it’s starting to get inundated with fake accounts. Was a loyal customer for years and last week I got banned for the vaguest reason ever. Violation of Terms and Conditions. This is how you treat loyal customers? Tried to fight this issue and ask what exactly I did wrong and got no answer other than I am banned from them. They should be more forthcoming about what happened and why they made the decision to ban me. Also, they should go back to how they operated 10 years ago.
