I'm new to cricut and just set up my machine and looked for design space for cricut and this came up. I downloaded it and paid for the lifetime membership all to realize this isn't even the program. It comes with a lot of premade designs, but I don't need those. The design space is super generic and not a lot of tools to make your own designs. Maybe once I get more comfortable with the cricut I will revisit this and see if there is more to do. Just annoyed I spent the money when I didn't even need it. I'm sure if I would've read I wouldn't have bought this by mistake so that's on me. I was excited to get started and rushed. It is annoying though just name it something else I feel like it's on purpose that it looks like the design space app. Idk!

I like designing and creating my own stuff. I've had my Cricut Maker for around 3 years. I use an iPad and for the most part it has worked ok. Seems like I'm always having to mess with it to get it to work. It often just loses my design half way through and then I have to start all over again. I DO NOT want to buy a subscription to the Cricut Access. Today I created a sign I need for my son's wedding and when I go to Make It the whole thing just freezes up. Can't go any further. I've made sure I have the latest update, I've restarted several times, I had my iPad forget this device and add it back. To say I have wasted a day is putting it mildly . If this doesn't get better i will throw this thing out and find some other machine.
Frustrated and disappointed

i already have an account for design space on my phone and tablet, however, i am not able to access on my original laptop that had the app, all the daily updates made it somhow impossible. I now have a new laptop and Im unable to get the app to go beyond having to pay yet again. I am frustrated and have no access to human support. The robot isnnt able to assist.

Every so often you completely set aside a version that I am familiar with and replace it with something less future friendly. This one might take the cake. Can you stop with the reconfiguring. It's like learning a whole new program, which I don't have time for.
